Buyer and admin responsibilities

Organizations are responsible for deciding what participant data they collect, who should have admin access, what records they are required to keep, and whether Portal is appropriate for their workflow.

Admins are responsible for using access appropriately.
Participants should provide accurate information when completing invited workflows.
Payment, renewal, cancellation, and support terms should be confirmed before launch.

Limits

Portal does not provide medical, legal, compliance, emergency response, or background-check advice. It is an operations tool and does not replace professional review or organization policy.

No medical, legal, compliance, or regulated healthcare guarantee is provided.
Availability and support limits should be stated in the final agreement.
Custom service levels require a separate written agreement.
