Founder Core starts at $2,500/year for accepted founder organizations. The founder year is intended for a small cohort replacing scattered forms, waiver PDFs, spreadsheets, and email threads.
Year one includes guided workflow review and setup.
Launch timing depends on how quickly program details, waiver language, participant fields, contacts, and review rules are provided.
Historical imports, expanded customization, and extra support should be confirmed before launch.
After year one
Renewal, expanded features, custom imports, and additional support after year one should be confirmed before launch so there are no surprises after the founder term.
Payment timing and renewal terms should be stated in the final agreement.
Cancellation and export expectations should be clear before onboarding.
Organizations that are not a fit should be told before relying on the product.
Not a fit if...
Not a fit if you need a certified medical record system, HIPAA-grade or regulated healthcare workflows, enterprise procurement, custom SLAs, 24/7 emergency support, or a fully self-serve product with no founder involvement.
Also not a fit if your organization cannot designate an internal owner/admin for participant data.
